Refund policy

Refunds and Exchanges: Dimitrije Simic will only issue a refund if you can prove that an item has been unintentionally damaged via sufficient photographic evidence. You must email store@dimitrijesimic.com within 3 days of receiving the order. We will respond within 2 business days and assess the situation. In case of a refund we will only refund the item, not the shipping fees. Refunds will only be given once the item has arrived back
